HR-Consulting on behalf of its client is looking for candidates to fill the position of:


PR Coordinator


The company: 

A foreign company operating in retail trade and entertainment.



-Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies;

-Improving the company image and perception; 

-Diplomatic skills to represent the company at all public events;

-To establish best relations with all public and popular figures;

-Researching, writing and distributing effective press releases, prepare information for media kits, develop and maintain company internet web page and official Facebook page;

-Analyzing media coverage;

-Writing and/or editing in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports;

-Preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programs;

-Maintain and fulfill media and photo archives;

-Organizing events including press conferences, exhibitions;

-Prepare draft speeches for company executives, and arrange interviews and other forms of texts;

-Assign, supervise and review the activities of public relations staff;

-Evaluate advertising and promotion programs for compatibility with public relations efforts;

-Focusing on getting free media exposure in company’s interest

-Active participation in elaborating the marketing strategy, together with management of the company.


Job requirements:

-Minimum 2 years PR experience;

-University  degree related with public relations, journalism or broadcast media;

-Fluency in English, Romanian and Russian language is a must; 

-Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, and email (Outlook) skills; 

-Ability to find creative approaches to projects;

-Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills;

-Adept writer, excellent verbal communicator and good planner;

-Availability to travel and work abroad;

-Work on own initiative and team player.
