Job purpose and key deliverables:

  • Deliver timely and accurate Market sales forecasts
  • Deliver necessary information for Market marketing planning and operations meetings
  • Ensure that relevant information (incl. sales evaluation, issues, opportunities, market insights) is escalated to Region in preparation for Area Marketing Planning Meetings
  • Handle information requests and analysis for various purposes 
  • Provide weekly report analysis to regions based on 2 accounts regular information retail audit
  • Ensure understanding of Market developments and brand performance through close cooperation with distribution partners / manager, trade marketing representatives.
  • Consolidate, systematize and analyze data from retail key accounts (incl. available information on competitors)
  • Collaboration with retail audit agency on providing monthly data, organize workflow and feedback procedure with RA agency
  • Collaborate with research agencies and other external data suppliers and monitor their activities to ensure data is delivered to cost and within agreed methodology and timescales
  • Assist in coordination of primary market research and analysis (quantitative and qualitative, recurring and/or ad hoc studies), analyze and report marketing research data, ensuring that research agencies develop appropriate, cost effective and high quality work for the Market
  • Monitor accounts’ feedback and new price entry level on the market; execute field visit check-ups upon request

Essential requirements:

  • BA/MA in economics, marketing, and / or management
  • Experience in marketing and / or planning
  • Strategic planning and marketing
  • Analytical skills and ability to work with cross linked data and hypothesis
  • Fluency in English / Romanian / Russian
  • Computer literacy (MS Windows, MS Office applications)
  • Intermediate to advanced level of working in Excel and Power Point
