General Description: 

A bicycle painting facility is now looking for an Office Manager for a full-time job.


As Office manager you will play a key role in organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the team and reporting to the General Manager (GM).


The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision.

You must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting our production team.


Core responsibilities:

  • Key contact person between different departments; take care of visitors
  • Organize meetings, arrange appointments, write meeting notes
  • Partner with HR to maintain files and policies as necessary, preparing payroll
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment and IT related processes
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
  • Manage relations with suppliers, service providers, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time, manage contract and price negotiations with local suppliers
  • Provide support related to the bookkeeping records; manage G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting, analyze variances, initiate corrective actions
  • Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information, delivering presentations, translations
  • Ensure that health and safety policies are up to date
  • Ensure and contribute to a positive climate


The time of Office manager would be divided between the office, production areas and on the field.


Education and work requirements:

  • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
  • Romanian fluent;
  • English advanced to fluent;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced in Excel;
  • Basic knowledge of design programs, such as Corel Draw/PS
  • Driving license is an advantage
